The Holiday Inn Resort has a fantastic location with easy access to local attractions, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. However, my stay was marred by issues with room views and customer service, particularly during check-in. While the accommodations were decent, I found the lack of communication regarding additional fees and the uncomfortable sales pitch situation disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its perfect location right off the Parkway in Gatlinburg. The clean and spacious rooms made our family trip enjoyable, especially with the fully stocked kitchen. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. However, the vacation club presentation was a real hassle and took away from the overall experience.

We had a great family ski vacation at this hotel, largely due to its excellent location near the tram and good restaurants. The villa we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect getaway for our family. However, the hotel layout was quite confusing, and the absence of certain luxury amenities like a restaurant and spa was noticeable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and definitely worth the price we paid.
